A car struck a horse drawn buggy in Iowa causing four people to be injured.

According to Iowa State Patrol, the buggy was being driven by a 29-year-old man when it as hit by a 21-year-old woman in Kalona. The driver of the buggy and the two passengers were transported to the hospital in Iowa City.

The driver of the car was also taken to the hospital. No charges have been filed in the accident because it is still being investigated by officials.
