A man from Sioux City was killed in a truck accident near Calhoun County on August 5.

The man was driving a tanker truck southbound when failed to stop at a stop sign at a T-intersection. He attempted to make a right turn, but his truck did not make it and it fell into a ditch and landed on its roof. The 44-year-old man was later pronounced dead of injuries that were sustained in the accident.
