Man killed in Iowa motorcycle accident
A 28-year-old man from Exira was killed in a car and motorcycle accident on May 28.
The man recently served in Iraq and spoke to elementary school students about experiences. He was very close with members of the faculty and the school district.
The 17-year-old driver of the car that hit the motorcyclist was also injured in the accident. He was transported to the hospital after the collision but an update on his condition has not been released. Details of the crash are still being investigated by officials.
