Slick roads cause car accident in Iowa
Police say that slick roads were a cause in a car accident that sent two people to the hospital in Inwood, Iowa.
The accident occurred as the 58-year-old man was traveling down the roadway when he attempted to make a U-turn and his card slid through a bridge, broke through the guardrail, and caused his car to land in a creek.
The man had to be extricated from the vehicle by emergency crews, but his wife was able to crawl out. They were both transported to the hospital to be treated.
