2 seriously hurt in Iowa accident

At least two people were seriously injured not far from Prairie City after the tractor they were riding on was hit by a vehicle, an article of kcrg.com stated on August 15.

According to the city’s Assistant Fire Chief Tony Mosher, the accident happened on August 14 when a pickup truck reportedly crashed into the back portion of a tractor occupied by two persons. The tractor’s operator and its passenger whose, names were withheld, were both taken to a nearby Des Moines hospital after suffering non-life-threatening injuries from the crash. The pickup driver, who was also not identified in the report, was unhurt in the crash.

The accident occurred at 2549 Highway 1 in Iowa City when a PT Cruiser collided with an F-150.

Two sent to hospital after accident near Iowa border

A serious accident occurred near the South Dakota and Iowa border that resulted in two people being sent to the hospital.
